Casey-Lee shared, “set aside 1-2 hours on a weekend to prep some meals/snacks for the week ahead, to save you time, stress and set yourself up for a successful and nourishing week. My meal prep this week: Veggie mix (always with lots of greens) and a source of healthy fat (avocado, tahini or I also love olives). A handful of nuts or nut butter, healthy refined sugar free cookies, coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit, and Roza’s Gourmet Basil pesto with veggie sticks. My fridge is now stacked with nourishing options.”
