Wholegrain mustard with a nice little kick. This is a great all around mustard that you can use on anything – but is particularly nice on roast beef sandwiches with cheese, and it's my favourite sauce to have on steak! When you finish cooking your steaks simply drain the juices from the pan into a small saucepan and set to a low heat, dollop in some of the Horseradish Wholegrain Mustard and stir through to warm while you plate up and prep the rest of your dish, then scoop out at smear over the steaks- warm, caramelised, grainy horseradish goodness!
