Ordering

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy and convenient! Create an account and continue to the New Customer form, fill in some details and you’re ready to start ordering. Simply select your product choices, add them to your shopping cart and click “check out” for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the “payment options” screen.

Can I place orders over the phone?

All orders are encouraged to be place via the online shopping cart. However, we are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST to process your order and credit card details by phone.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online using our security gateway for Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard through Paypal or Direct Debit direct to our bank.

Please note that all orders must be paid prior to dispatch.

Is tax included?

Yes, 10% GST is inclusive of the total sale price.

Do you have a minimum order quantity/price?

No, however we do recommend a minimum order of 3 items due to the standard charges for packaging and postage.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders will be packed within 24 hours and delivery is between 1 and 3 working days. Please keep in mind that parcels only be posted on week days, and generally are not sent over the weekend due to the perishable nature of the products. So, for example, if you were to order on a Friday the parcel would not be sent until the Monday.

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship with courier companies that require you to have a physical address for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship overseas.

How is shipping calculated?

We charge a flat rate for up to 10 items, which covers packaging and postage costs.

The flat rate for the following areas is:

$7.90 for South-East Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, post codes 4000-4499)

$12.50 for Greater Queensland and New South Wales

$13.90 for Victoria and South Australia

$15.00 for everywhere else!

Each order is packed with reusable ice packs to keep your order chilled in transit. For this reason we only ship refrigerated products to you if you are within a 3 day delivery range of Brisbane.

What are your shipping options?

Our preferred courier for shipping within Australia is Fastway Couriers who offer regular ground shipping to most areas of Australia. For rural and other areas we ship with Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

We pride ourselves on supplying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately on (07) 3300 5720 to discuss.

What if I received my order but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there’s any damage, please call us on (07) 3300 5720 as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after the package was delivered.

Are online transactions on your site secure?

All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. In addition, our site is tested and certified daily to pass the HACKER SAFE Security Scan. Research indicates that sites remotely scanned for known vulnerabilities on a daily basis, such as those earning HACKER SAFE certification, prevent over 99% of hacker crime.

How do you use my personal information?

We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update and we request your address so we can ship your order. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
