A slight variation on the Pesto Sauce, it has similar uses and but more flavour. This sauce appeals to those with a saltier palette as it is blended with Italian sundried tomatoes and Kalamata olives throughout. With these additional ingredients it takes the effort out of flavouring up your meal - this pesto on its own can make a plain chicken or sausage pasta shine! Try it on a focaccia bread, smear it over the base sprinkle over some cheese, close up the focaccia and leave in the over for 15mins then slice up for a quick delicious lunch or dinner snack.
