A blend of Blue cheese and Neufchatel cheese this is delightfully rich treat for any blue lover! This is a personal favourite of mine. Great as an appetizer or an after dinner snack. Use like a sauce through hot gnocchi or pasta, also ideal as a dip with black pepper water crackers. All products are gluten and preservative free.
