My personal favourite sauce in the range! Vinaigrette is traditionally a salad dressing but ours is made with a light seeded mustard base, so you can use it on anything! Loaded with organic lime, garlic, fresh basil, and bush honey it is a strong sauce, so use sparingly. Smear it over your chicken schnitzel, veal, or boiled potatoes. Use it like a mustard and just have it on your sausages or sandwiches. But it's ALSO great through a salad -  just spoon out and dilute with some lemon/lime juice or even water to get the desired consistency, then toss through any green or greek salad for a divine burst of texture and flavour!
