Roza named this sauce after her husband, and of course he is modest about it. The truth of the matter though is that this sauce is in fact not that hot - well maybe not for serious Hot Lovers (that's why we have the Inferno)! But for everyone else, this salsa style sauce at a medium rating 5 out of 10 is a delight! Ideal for serving with steak, rissoles, on burgers, through pasta or spaghetti bolognaise, and of course on Mexican style foods like nachos or tacos. Yum! Dairy free.
