Truffle Oil & Porcini Mushroom Dip

 
This dip is made with over 85% oven roasted mushrooms as the base, we then add sautéed porcini mushrooms, drizzle in truffle oil, and whip through some Neufchatel cheese. The result is a heavenly dip, light and flavoursome with a mousse like consistency.
