Half fill a deep baking tray with water and place at the bottom of the oven (This helps steam the cauliflower and help it cook evenly).
Line a tray with baking paper and place cauliflower on. Pour over Roza’s Gourmet Sweet Chillii & Ginger Sauce making sure the whole cauliflower is covered.
Place in the oven and bake for 40-60 minutes (depending on the size of your cauliflower).
You want to be able to pierce the centre easily with a knife.
Remove from oven and place on a bed of spinach and rice.
