Quick & Easy Olive tapenade Bruschetta
This delicious Bruschettina is super easy to prepare and can be served as a mid-afternoon snack, a starter, or added to any cheese platter. The lightness of cream cheese balances all the sharp flavours of the Roza’s tapenade and compliments the Herby Bruschettina taste.
Ingredients
  • 1tub Roza’s Gourmet Olive Tapenade
  • 6slices Toscano Pizza Bruschettinafound in both Coles & Woolworths
  • 200grams Cream Cheese
  • 1tub Sun-dried cherry tomatoes with oilwe used the Always Fresh ones
  • 1tbsp Caperswe used the Always Fresh ones
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1tbsp Fresh Basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Chop, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and capers finely.
  2. Add in the Roza’s Gourmet Olive Tapenade and combine.
  3. Add the oil from the sun-dried cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare the Toscano Pizza Bruschettina as per packet instructions.
  5. Once toasted, spread the Bruschettina slices with cream cheese and top them up with the Tapenade mixture and serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
