Smoked Salmon Pasta
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1/2cup pine nutslightly toasted
  • 200g hot smoked salmonroughly torn
  • 6tbsp Roza’s Gourmet Thai Pesto
  • Shaved parmesanfor serving
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add spaghetti and cook as per the instructions on the pack or until al-dente (still slightly firm to the bite), drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add the freshly cooked spaghetti, half the pesto, all of the pine nuts and torn salmon. Stir through gently utill all spaghetti is well coated. Continue to add pesto until it reaches your desired sauciness. You don’t have to use it all, or you could add even more!
  3. Serve with shaved parmesan and enjoy!
