Break up/ cut cauliflower florets into small bite size pieces.
In a large mixing bowl toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Combine well.
Spread cauliflower evenly onto a large lined baking tray.
Bake in oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until cauliflower is tender and golden on the edges.
