Ingredients
- ½ red cabbage shredded
- 2 fresh mangoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 3/4 cup Roza’s Gourmet Mango Mayonnaise or Roza’s Gourmet Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise
- Chilli Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of coconut flakes toasted
- 1 red capsicum thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions thinly sliced
- 1 bunch of thai basil leaves
- 1 bunch of mint leaves
- 1 lime
- 1 long red chilli thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Place the cabbage, mango, coconut flakes, spring onion, bean sprouts, capsicum, thai basil mint, chilli (if using) and Roza’s Gourmet Mango Mayonnaise or Roza’s Gourmet Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise in a bowl and toss to combine.
- Squeeze a little bit of lime juice to top it off.
