Smoked Trout Bagel with Dill & Parsley Mayo

  • 4 Slices Smoked Trout or Smoked Salmon
  • 2 Tbsp Roza’s Dill & Parsley Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Sliced red onion
  • 1 Fresh Herbs to Garnish
  • 1 Bagel Lightly Toasted

  • 2 Tbsp Roza’s Dill & Parsley Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Sliced red onion
  • 1 Fresh Herbs to Garnish

Instructions
  1. Prepare ingredients and toast bagel.
  2. Assemble bagel spreading Roza's Dill & Parsley Mayo on each side.
  3. Layer smoked fish, red onion, dollops of Dill & Parsley Mayo, fresh dill and parsley to garnish and top with bagel.
