  • ½ red cabbage shredded
  • 2 fresh mangoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 3/4 cup Roza’s Gourmet Mango Mayonnaise or Roza’s Gourmet Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise
  • Chilli Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flakes toasted
  • 1 red capsicum thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch of thai basil leaves
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 long red chilli thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions
  1. Place the cabbage, mango, coconut flakes, spring onion, bean sprouts, capsicum, thai basil mint, chilli (if using) and Roza’s Gourmet Mango Mayonnaise or Roza’s Gourmet Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise in a bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Squeeze a little bit of lime juice to top it off.
