Basil Pesto and Pecorino Dip

We use our fresh basil pesto sauce as the base, and blend it with the creamy Neufchatel cheese and then grate in the Pecorino (a hard cheese, similar to Parmesan). It’s beautiful as a dip, but why stop there? Dollop it on pasta, pizza, or spread on sandwiches & burgers.

Neufchatel Cheese, Fresh Basil, Pecorino Cheese, Fresh Garlic, White Vinegar, Almonds, Lemon Juice. Please note we use egg derived rennet (non-animal), so this product is vegetarian friendly.
