Blue Cheese & Roasted Macadamia Nut Dip

A blend of Blue cheese and Neufchatel cheese this is delightfully rich treat for any blue lover! This dip was a personal favourite of Roza, a big blue cheese fan! Great as an appetizer or an after dinner snack. Use like a sauce through hot gnocchi or pasta, as a spread on burgers or bread, and of course ideal as a dip with black pepper water crackers.
