Smoked Salmon Dip

 
Using fresh smoked salmon fillets we make this a light dip unlike any other ‘seafood’ dip you know. It is made with Neufchatel cheese, horseradish, lemon juice & sweetened with honey. Serve as a dip, or dollop onto water crackers and cucumber for a refreshing canapé.
