Smoked Salmon Dip

Using fresh smoked salmon fillets we make this a light dip unlike any other ‘seafood’ dip you know. It is made with Neufchatel cheese, horseradish, lemon juice & sweetened with bush honey. Serve as a dip, or dollop onto water crackers & cucumber for a refreshing hors d’oeuvre.
