European Tartare

This traditional tartare sauce is made on our classic mayonnaise base, and blended with fresh tarragon, chervil, French shallots & cornichons. A versatile sauce known for its pairing with seafood, it’s also ideal for use on meats. In fact the tangy fresh herb flavour boosts any meal! The new European Tartare replaces our classic Remoulade sauce in the Roza’s range.
