Artichoke & Garlic Dip

This is our most popular dip! It is made on our beautiful Neufchatel cheese base (a light French cream cheese) and blended with artichoke hearts, fresh dill tips, loads of garlic, and sweetened with bush honey. Spread on warm vegetable focaccia or on pizza. Great dolloped onto boiled potatoes, or as a dip with crisp vegetables.
