Artichoke & Garlic Dip

One of Roza’s original and most popular dips! It is made on our beautiful Neufchatel cheese base (a light French style cream cheese) and blended with artichoke hearts, fresh dill, loads of garlic, and sweetened with honey. Spread on warm vegetable focaccia or on pizza. Great dolloped onto boiled potatoes, or as a dip with crisp vegetables.
