Olive Tapenade Dip

Our tapenade is a variation on the traditional olive mix. We make ours with Kalamata olives, Italian sundried tomatoes, capers, Spanish onion, garlic, and fresh parsley. So it is really an antipasto lover’s delight! Spread on warm focaccias or on pizza as a base. Great as a dip for vegetables, bread & crackers.
